Mixed Use Development Concept

The concept for this Mixed use development comprising of shopping area, offices and residential units was developed by Mr. Eric chuah with the grace of Allah Taala. Instead of providing separate green space, the whole foot print of the land was utilized on the ground floor for Shopping & offices and on the 4th floor a roof garden is incorporated alongwith residential units so the whole footprint of the land is utilzed for landscaping on 4th floor Alhamdulillah
